Resilience Yoga & Wellness is the newest hot yoga studio in Teton Valley, located in the heart of Driggs, Idaho. The studio focuses on creating a welcoming space for both locals and visitors, emphasizing connection, empowerment, and possibility. Their mission is to help individuals flow, breathe, sweat, detox, and feel revived through various yoga practices.
Class Offerings
Resilience Yoga & Wellness offers a variety of heated yoga classes year-round, suitable for all levels:
Power Vinyasa: An energizing class that links strength and breath, featuring a series of poses to awaken the body, balance, and longer holds for vitality. Expect to sweat and leave feeling transformed. Class is heated to 90-95 degrees.
Hot 60: A 60-minute Bikram-style yoga class moving through 26 poses with long holds to strengthen the body and relax the mind. Room is heated to 95-100 degrees.
Hot-Hot Vinyasa: An intermediate vinyasa flow focusing on intentional movement and breath, held at 100-105 degrees. All levels are welcome, with modifications offered.
Hot Fusion: A 75-minute class fusing vinyasa sequences with traditional hot series postures, challenging strength and flexibility. Class is held at 90-95 degrees.
Heated Rocket: Structured with sun salutations, standing and seated series, and a finishing sequence, focusing on bandhas, breath, and drishti. Class is held at 90-95 degrees.
Yoga Sculpt: A powerful class combining yoga and strength training with hand weights, cardio bursts, and core work. Room is heated to 85-90 degrees.
Yin Yoga: A gentle practice working deep into connective tissues with longer-held postures, using supportive props as needed. Class is held at room temperature of 75 degrees.
Breathe & Bend: A class that begins and ends with pranayama breathwork, moving through a vinyasa flow to link movement and breath confidently.
Restorative: A deeply nourishing restorative experience using supportive props to surrender to each posture, allowing breath and props to carry you through.
